Gentle Hatha

7am - 8am

Gentler style of Hatha Yoga practice, performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

This yoga can be done by people of beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level also.

I teach yoga according to the individual and tailor the class to the abilities and experience of those taking part.

Hatha Flow

8am - 9am

Hatha Flow is a class composed of creative sequences to create continuous movement, based on the poses that are practised in a more traditional hatha class.

This yoga can be done by people of beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level also.

I teach yoga according to the individual and tailor the class to the abilities and experience of those taking part.

Ashtanga

9am - 10am

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic style of yoga emphasizing a set sequence of postures linked by breath, known as vinyasa. It’s known for its physical intensity, focus on breath synchronization, and the goal of purifying the body through internal heat.

This yoga can be done by people of beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level also.

I teach yoga according to the individual and tailor the class to the abilities and experience of those taking part.

Mix Yoga Flow

5pm - 6pm

Mix Yoga Flow incorporates elements of  Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga Practice with an emphasis on a flow of continuous movement between the positions.

This yoga can be done by people of beginner level, intermediate level and advanced level also.

I teach yoga according to the individual and tailor the class to the abilities and experience of those taking part.
